Autohaus Heuberger invests in a new paint center
Autohaus Heuberger in Füssen is a modern and future-oriented company. In 75 years of company history, Heuberger has continuously invested in its infrastructure. The aim is to meet the high standards and demands of customers.
With over 150 employees in Füssen and Bernbeuren, Heuberger is one of the leading car dealerships in the region. The company is an authorized dealer and service company for Audi, Volkswagen passenger cars and Volkswagen commercial vehicles. Heuberger also offers service for ŠKODA, SEAT and CUPRA.
The new paint shop in Füssen was officially opened. It is located on the modern Heuberger site in Hieblerstrasse. This paint shop replaces the old facility in Sailerstraße. Modern standards could no longer be implemented there. Reiner Heuberger decided to build a new paint shop with state-of-the-art technology and the greatest possible sustainability.
Features of the new paint shop
– Size: 40 meters long and 17 meters wide
– Working environment: daylight, high air exchange, odour neutrality
– Energy supply: Modern combined heat and power plant, photovoltaic system, filter system to the highest emission standards
Painting processes
In the new paint center, Heuberger mainly carries out full and partial painting of vehicle bodies. The paintwork is carried out according to the manufacturer’s specifications. In order to be able to paint larger vehicles such as vans, SUVs and caravans, Heuberger uses a large paint shop with special dimensions.
The technical equipment comes from SEHON innovative Lackieranlagen GmbH. We are regarded as the technology market leader in the industry for comparable painting systems. SEHON convinced Reiner Heuberger with a holistic concept that focuses on the best technology and maximum sustainability.

- 1 additional dryer.
- 2 masking workstations.
- 5 preparation workstations – one of which can also be used as a multifunctional workstation and another as a partial workstation.
- 2 finishing workstations.
- 1 filler room.
- 1 paint supply room.
- 1 storage room.
