New construction of a modern body and paint center at AMAG Zuchwil. The new building with cutting-edge technology from SEHON and energy-saving paint booths, dryers, preparation stations, masking workstations and multifunctional workstations was built in an existing building.

Energy-saving high-tech painting systems
AMAG’s paint and body center in Zuchwil has been equipped with the latest SEHON technology. This includes two ultra-modern SE-PROFESSIONAL FUTURA paint booths, which not only work particularly efficiently, but also excel with high-tech perfection. These include, for example, year-round heat recovery, energy-saving modules, special filter technology, intelligent and energy-saving control by operating mode. The combi spray booths have an integrated drying mode so that drying can also take place in the spray booths.
Important for conversion – MOVE spray booth
The MOVE transportable paint booth was used at AMAG Zuchwil to minimize the loss of sales due to new construction in existing buildings (conversion of paint store). Painting could continue during the conversion. SEHON attaches great importance to the fact that, unlike some painting containers on offer, the MOVE paint booth is a fully-fledged, modern paint booth that can meet the high quality standards of SEHON customers as a fully-fledged “replacement paint booth” or “bridging paint booth”, for example when converting or expanding the paint store.
Universal and multifunctional workstations, supply terminals
Whether filling, dry or wet sanding and filling, SEHON universal preparation stations and multifunctional workstations are perfectly tailored to the requirements of modern paint and body stores. It goes without saying that these workstations comply with all legal regulations and standards. This includes, for example, a controllable exhaust and supply air system. At AMAG in Zuchwil, even the units of the preparation and multifunctional workstations are equipped with a frequency-controlled effective heat recovery system. The preparation and multifunctional workstations are equipped with lifting platforms for floor-level installation in the hall floor, some of them with wheel-free jacks. SEHON SE-MEGA SUPPLIER supply terminals are also in use, which, in conjunction with a central sanding dust extraction system, ensure greater order, safety and efficiency at the preparation, bodywork and finishing workstations.
