Double-wing door designed as an aluminum shoot gate with 2 x 4 mm ESG glazing (toughened safety glass) for easy insertion of the parts to be painted into the painting area.
Painting system units: Ventilation unit at the top and the switchgear with frequency converter for the frequency-controlled supply air motor below. Heating is provided by pumped hot water.
Manual overhead conveyor system consisting of profiled guide rails in which manually movable transport rollers transport the goods. The switches are operated manually and pneumatically. The overhead monorail system can be extended if required.
The lacquer mist is extracted by a lacquering stand with dry separation. The varnishing stand has a support surface for the guitar neck.
