The Multi-Speed-Master® (Multispeedmaster, MSM) is a modular spot repair system that can be adapted in size and equipment for the maintenance of cars, commercial vehicles, buses and rail vehicles. Vehicle preparation and the painting and drying process take place directly at the spot repair workstation. This eliminates the need for time-consuming maneuvering. Above all, however, the cost-intensive use of a paint booth and dryer can be dispensed with for minor damage repairs / maintenance. This saves energy, time and money.

Spot repair at universal preparation stations
Universal preparation stations for vehicle preparation can also be used for spot repairs. SEHON universal preparation stations comply with BG guidelines and are generally equipped with the prescribed supply and exhaust air technology. The workstations are usually equipped with lifting platforms. Available as underfloor or above-floor versions. Retrofitting is possible without any problems. Infrared drying systems are used for spot repairs. Space requirement / universal preparation area approx. 4 width x 7 length in meters.
Spot repair in multifunctional workstations / multifunctional spray booths
The multifunctional booths and workstations invented by SEHON are fully functional paint booths in which approx. 85% of all refinishing work, including spot repair, can be carried out in a time and cost-saving manner without moving the vehicles around (preparation, painting, drying, finishing). Drying by infrared. SEHON multifunctional booths are ideal for supplementing an existing circulating air paint booth / dryer in order to increase painting capacity including spot repair and vehicle throughput.
