It’s that simple
1. equipment
You need the following for smart vehicle disinfection:
1.1 Compressed air
Compressed air connection / compressor. Pressure 2.5 to 3 bar. Use a pressure reducer for higher pressure.
1.2 Nebulizer
1-liter nebulizer with stainless steel holder for hanging in windows.
1.3 Biocleen disinfectant
Biocleen disinfectant (concentrate) mixed in a ratio of 1:4 (1 part Biocleen concentrate, 4 parts water).
Also suitable for spray-wipe disinfection!
You only want to disinfect specific parts of the vehicle by wiping and spraying. The FOGGY ONE fogging device can be removed from the holder and has a hand knob for targeted surface disinfection.
2. nebulization / disinfection
Vehicle is not under engine. Fill the 1-liter tank of the fogging device with Biocleen mixture and close the tank again. Connect the compressor / compressed air to the nebulizer. Hang the padded stainless steel holder in a rear window of the vehicle. Hook the fogger into the stainless steel holder facing the vehicle interior. Close the vehicle window except for a small gap. Switch on the compressor. Fogging starts. Fogging runs for approx. 3 to 5 minutes. Switch off the compressor. Then leave the fogging to rest for 3 minutes. Open the vehicle doors and allow them to vent briefly. Finished.
As you can see, vehicle disinfection with Biocleen is very simple. Everything is done within a few minutes. The vehicle can be used again immediately. With 1 liter of disinfectant mixture (i.e. 0.20 liter Biocleen Two concentrate) you can fog / disinfect about 5 to 7 cars.
Effective odor removal
Biocleen Two can also be used for odor removal. In principle, the Biocleen concentrate should be used here, which is usually sufficient for removing vehicle odors. With Biocleen, even the most intense odors can be removed quickly and easily (cigarettes, urine, meat, decay). This requires some experience and can often be solved quite simply by multiple treatments.
Apart from the fact that odor removal with Biocleen is very cost-effective, the time advantage of Biocleen treatment over ozone is dramatic. Ozone treatment usually takes 8 to 12 hours before the vehicle can be used again.
Recommendation: For odor removal, we recommend the 5-litre fogging device with 1 or 2 nozzles. This means that even large (vehicle) interiors can be processed quickly (e.g. vans, trailers, camper vans, etc.).

What is Biocleen?
Biocleen is a disinfectant that is used wherever maximum hygiene and cleanliness are required.
Biocleen has a bactericidal (bactericidal, germicidal), virucidal (rendering viruses harmless), fungicidal (killing fungi and their spores) and even tuberculocidal (killing TB bacteria) effect within 1 minute. Biocleen reduces microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses and fungi by 99.9 %. This also includes corona viruses. This is because Biocleen has a non-specific effect (i.e. not just on certain microorganisms, but on all of them).
